Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the natural juice of the olive, and has a wonderful aroma and taste and an acidity not exceeding 0.8% by weight. It is the highest grade of olive oil and is produced directly from olives, using only mechanical means and natural methods, in natural conditions, without any additives and is standardised without any processing.

The complexity of virgin olive oil is shaped by the microclimate and by the soil characteristics of each area, and also by every stage of production such as collection, processing and standardisation.

With this collaboration between nature, tradition and technology, the consumer can enjoy a true extra virgin olive oil which is very low in acidity, has a slightly green colour and a deep fruity but balanced taste which is slightly bitter and leaves a gentle, spicy aftertaste. Extra virgin olive oil is a natural produce, with a rich texture and a proven high nutritional value.

It is an ideal product for everyday use. Its full taste is best suited to foods that require careful preparation such as vegetable soups, traditional pies and game, but is also a perfect match for bruschetta and green salads.
